Return and Refund Policy

At Retract Screens, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our standardized return guidelines below:

1. Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 7-day return window (refund, exchange, or store credit) starting from the date of delivery or collection. Please note the following conditions:

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return postage and freight costs.

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging and must be in a 100% resalable condition.

2. Custom "Cut-to-Size" Products

Any screens modified or cut to size by Retract Screens are strictly non-refundable.

  • Exception: Returns are only accepted if the product was cut incorrectly by our team relative to your provided specifications.

  • Measurement Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide accurate measurements to ensure proper fit and functionality.

3. Usage and Modifications

To be eligible for a return, goods must be in their original state. Retract Screens will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if:

  • The product has been drilled into, altered, or modified by the customer.

  • Installation has been attempted or completed.

  • The product shows signs of wear, damage, or defects incurred while in the customer's possession.

Important: Please inspect all goods thoroughly for defects or damage prior to installation. Once installation begins, the product is no longer eligible for return.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Delivery Fees: Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable once the service has been fulfilled (i.e., the goods have been delivered to your address).

5. Order Cancellation

Retract Screens reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation:

  • The customer will be notified promptly.

  • A full refund of any payments made will be processed immediately.
